Ancient Africa safari takes cooperate social responsibility seriously and as such we also work hand in hand with local community organizations that offer direct help to the communities leaving near the tourism areas. For example our clients stay in accommodation facilities that are run by local communities’organizations- a case in point of Bakiga lodge in Bwindi which helps local communities access safe drinking water throughout the year, Buhoma community rest camp in Bwindi also serves the local communities in various ways for example paying hospitals bills, paying school fees and employing local guides.In terms of conservation we make it a point to visit the Rhino sanctuary in Ziwa, the fees that we pay helps in the conservation of the Rhinos which is extinct in the wild in Uganda.
