The Gorilla trek often takes between 2 -8 hours to get a face-to-face encounter with the gentle and loving mountain gorillas. Once you get sight of a family, you have an hour to spend in the presence of these gorillas. You may decide to sit and listen to the gorillas as they feed, crumble or even the little ones play with their parents. Go on, study their daily activities, and may take some photos, however, without the use of a flash. Retire to the starting point and head for lunch at your booked accommodation.

After Gorilla tracking, head out for an evening community walk. On this walk, visit the Batwa people projects around the park. The Batwa are the native community around Bwindi Impenetrable forest. Have a cultural encounter as they display their dances, crafts works, local foods, and way of living. You may also visit some of the waterfalls within the park. Thereafter, head back to your accommodation for dinner and overnight stay.
