Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe

Arrive at Entebbe International Airport and settle into a lakeside retreat on the shores of Lake Victoria.

Days 2–3: Murchison Falls

Game drives among elephant, giraffe and lion on the northern bank, and a boat safari up the Nile to the base of the world’s most powerful waterfall.

Day 4: Kibale Forest

Travel through the crater-lake country of Fort Portal to the primate capital of Africa.

Day 5: Chimpanzee Tracking

A morning with Kibale’s habituated chimpanzees, then a guided walk through the bird-rich Bigodi wetland sanctuary.

Days 6–7: Queen Elizabeth National Park

Cruise the hippo-crowded Kazinga Channel and search the southern Ishasha sector for its famous tree-climbing lions.

Day 8: Gorilla Trekking, Bwindi

A misty dawn start for the trek of a lifetime through the Impenetrable Forest to a wild mountain gorilla family.

Day 9: Departure

Fly from Kihihi airstrip back to Entebbe for your onward flight.
